  • While the drive through staff was prompt, and efficient (a bit surprising since it was lunch time; 4 Stars), the Hot-n-Spicy Chicken sandwich wasn't hot (1 Star). As a matter of fact, it was barely warmer than room temperature :( . I paid at the first window, and donated my change to Ronald's House, but wasn't given a receipt. So, at the 2nd window, I picked up my sandwich, and asked for a receipt. Well, the CSR had to get the guy from Window 1 to give it to me. As I was driving the side street, I reached into the bag, and low and behold, no napkin! Now, I know that for $1.00, I can't expect a lot but a room temp sandwich, and no napkin is a bit much. The only reason this place gets 2 Stars is because of prompt and efficient (though, a bit lacking in thoroughness) service. I doubt if I'll stop by this Mac's Steak House in the future.
