  • Dropped off 75 lbs of confidential papers that needed to be shredded. I used to use another company that has moved locations so Goin Postal is now the closest. Not too upset with the $54 charge but disappointed in the customer service given. It was early in the day and the location wasn't busy yet I wasn't greeted upon entry and the wait was ridiculous. Another down side is that they don't shred your information right on the spot. They lock it and "tell" you they'll shred it later. How do I know that aren't looking over my personal information?! Won't use this location ever again.
