This place is worse than my previous review. I've seen several nail "technicians" (?) for acrylic and gel fills here. EVERY time I'm in there, with an appointment, they tell me to "wait a little while". I have to ask them to disinfect their tools and they look at me like I'm nuts. Also, no matter whom I see there, the product lifts on my nails. Not just one or two, but 8/10. This last and final time they wanted to remove my existing product and start over. I was soaking my nails in acetone with one person. They were in a hurry-I guess this person had another appointment (didn't want to do a full set on me I guess), and sent me over to someone else who took took my hands out of the acetone and just started using a nail tip to pry off the product from my nail. I kept saying "ouch!" and "that hurts!" and "can't you soak my nails longer?", but clearly she didn't care because her response was, "the pain we go through to look good". What?! After being charged $10 for product removal, my own nails totally destroyed and in pain, I asked for a clear coat on my shredded nails and left without a new set. All you SCW people, I'm sure it's tempting to go somewhere close. Don't do it!
I want to like this salon, because it's a convenient location, but I just can't. I have been here numerous times, each time with an appointment I made 1-2 days prior. EVERY time I go in, I still wait a minimum of 15 minutes.
The worst part is their poor quality of work. Doesn't matter who does acrylic nails, the product always lifts and my nails look horrible with in 2-3 days.
They only clean tools between customers if you ask.
Two times they claimed the Internet was broken and we all need to pay by check or cash. One customer had to go to the ATM at Fry's. It was all suspect.
The ONE and only reason to go here is for a pedicure-because they use disposable plastic tubs in the pedi bowls.
