This was my first visit to the new jewel of the arena world and I can say I was pleasantly surprised. The exterior esthetic is modern and eye catching while the interiors are spacious if not a bit bland. I sat near the floor for the 2017 NHL Awards & Expansion Draft, what will be the lower bowl for Knights games, which were comfortable, fairly roomy and durable for the 2 hours. The jumbotron was big and out of the way, being non intrusive but useful which is always helpful during game play. Restrooms, from what I could tell were aplenty, which is good given the size and the immediate lines that formed. Food and spirits vendors were in great abundance as well but i wasn't brave enough to check the prices on the menus... Yes, parking is an issue, but it is in every city with an arena that seats 15k for sports and concert venues (my previous experience being the Garden in Boston). The "park" is pleasant in the darker portion of the summer evening as the restaurants have the misters at full. Overall, a positive first experience.
