I became a member of Maxforce after spending 6 mos at another Crossfit gym (that had horrible coaching). The first evening I walked into Maxforce (just to check it out) I felt immediately comfortable. Heather was coaching that night and answered all of my questions eagerly and with friendly enthusiasm. This first impression sold me on the gym. I signed up immediately. Heather and Joe have been coaching me ever since (for about a year). I've participated in the regular crossfit classes, as well as the strength program. I've increased my PR's substantially on every lift and have become a better all-around athlete. Additionally, all of the members are so friendly and supportive to the regulars, new members and the drop-ins. I'm proud to be a member of this gym and I would definitely encourage anyone I know to check it out.
