  • I took my cat in at 10:20am, she appears to have a uti. They said they did an ultrasound and her bladder looked ok. They told me I should pay for an xray and blood work, my bill was already at $270 just to get a urine and culture test!!! Goodness knows how many more hundreds for xray and blood test!! She had a full bloodwork done a couple of months ago!! I left her with staff all day. Even though she was 'leaking urine' all day they told me they were unable to get a sample!!! So I googled to find the the ultrasound would have shown stones so why did they try to charge me for an xray?! This place is so greedy for money. Most of the overpriced powdered meds they've given me in the past are wasted, the cats just need to smell it and they refuse to eat or drink it. I've been very happy with homeopet meds which you can buy online. What ever happened to lets take a culture and try antibiotics first then we can try an xray if cat still bad then bloodtest. Prices were reasonable until they moved in to their luxurious building. I have brought a cat in another time and the table they wanted me to put them on was dirty. I had to ask them to clean it. I've also had a male vet here lean across and touch my breast with the excuse of removing cat hair. I have wasted thousands here. I will never go there again.
