I've had this service for almost two years the prices are good and water is great! But their customer service is terrible I've had so many different problems from them delivering the wrong water to saying they will come one day and not come to payment issues. They have charged me off a couple of times but this time they miss s a month then decided to charge me twice and not tell them. When I called the lady did not even apologize it was just well it missed the charge so we charged you like ok that's not my fault I don't budget for you to charge me twice. When I mentionEd my budget she went on to say since they didn't charge me the money should be in my account still! We are in June if you didn't charge me in April no I don't have the money! WhT kind of customer service puts the blame from their company on the customer!!!! After my contract is over I am moving on somewhere else where they know how to speak with customers without raising their voice and having an attitude. It's not the first run in with her I've had since they only have two people answering phones.
