  • This concept is great, but the customer service, organization, returning of phone calls and taking responsibility for their mistakes is awful. They just have no common sense. Lost items after being paid for, broken delivered items.........forget about this chain of stores. The owner doesn't have a clue as to what is going on. Think twice and then think again before shopping here. The "I'm sorry" does not even cut it. Always too late.
