| - First off, I love that this place is open late because I get late night munchies and there are mostly fast food joints near me which I always pass up even if I'm starving. I've been here a few times and although most of their dishes are small and tapa-like, they are all reasonably priced. If you're really hungry, I can see how the bill could add up quickly. For this visit, I got the red snapper carpaccio, tender beef tongue, and fried quail eggs. The carpaccio was beautifully presented with a bed of sauce with perfect cuts of snapper on top of a thinly sliced lemon topped with onion, salmon roe, micro greens, and a dab of hot sauce on top. It was delicious and although it was topped with a generous amount of onion, it was refreshing because I think they may marinate the thinly sliced onions in lemon for a while. The tender beef tongue is one of my favorites when I come here. The name says it all. I had the fried quail eggs as well and it comes with three on two skewers. They were so cute and so damn good. I would definitely recommend trying all these dishes. This place is awesome and what keeps it unique is that they have sheet of specials that they come up with daily(of course there are a few that end up repeated) but they also have special dishes all over the walls such as the red snapper carpaccio, so don't miss out on that either!
