  • At first I thought they were qualified and helpful only to find out their front desk lady flat out lied to me about calling and leaving me messages about an upcoming procedure, those calls never happened! Then I was told literally a day before dental surgery that had been scheduled for weeks, that they just spoke to my insurance company and that my procedure would not be covered after being assured it would be! I was told that I would be expected to pay $1500 cash after being assured the insurance had already been verified! Completely unprofessional and annoying and frankly I felt like I was being scammed. The glowing reviews here I'm pretty sure are from friends and family of the owners! Their front end staff is incompetent and not to be believed! First time a so called professional doctors office has pulled these stunts on me! #fired #unprofessional #betterbusinessbureau
