  • Agree with all other negative reviews here. Not the place for your pool service needs, installation, or maintenance. Poor quality, customer service, and management. Our builder used this pool company to build our pool, and we decided to use them for maintence. This was a complete mistake. It was a hassle every time that we had to call the management. Unreliable service - the workers claimed that they were the ones who built and deisnged the pool...but yet were the pool boys? Obvioulsy, they knew little about pool care and took very little effort and pride in their work. Management did not care. We had several issues, just like the other reviewers, with customer service, guarantees, and quality - and we concur. The pool itself, while looks very nice, has had several issues since - cracks, leaks, pumps, issues with filter, lights, valves, etc. They are very expensive too. In fact, we were missing a small valve in our pool, which cost merely $10 or so...they ordered and I told them I would pick it up and pop it in myself (because they do charge in arm and a leg for EACH visit. For whatever reason, they decided to come and put it in themselves...and they had the audacity to put a bill for "installation and equipment" totalling more than $100! It's tue about the statements about price matching claims. Overall, they designed a nice pool, but with it came headaches with quality of the pool, management disappointment, poor customer service, subpar maintenance, extravagant prices and fees. As you could imagine, we changed our pool service to one with more integrity, knowledge, and better quality staff, administration, and work ethic. Sorry Ugly Pool Guys, but it doesn't meet standards.
