  • Lived here for 3 months while I was waiting for my house to be ready. Every month I had an issue with rent payment as I would walk in, hand them a credit card and sign my name. A few days later I would get a notice that I was $5 short and associated fees would be added. Or I would get late notices a week before my rent was due. Just horrible communication. Old apartments that are in poor repair. I didn't have pest issues like some of the previous comments, but I'm positive it was cleaner when I moved out than when I moved in.
