My issue is not with dealership but rather the extremely poor quality of the 2017 XT5. The vehicle had less than 6,000 miles and had a failed Heater Core and failed Parking Assist Module. Heater Core failed while I was on a road trip to Las Vegas. Had to leave the vehicle there for a week and then return since the local dealer did not have the part in stock. Got home and within a week the Parking Assist Module failed. Now to add insult to injury GM is deciding whether or not to reimburse me for my out of pocket cost. This is such BS.
If I could a negative star I would. Cadillac customer service is the worse I have ever experienced. I have left voice messages, emails but still not one person can get back to you. The Coulter Service Director (Fernando) asked if I could give him the info and he would make a calls..17 days and counting and gave yet to get a call back. This dealership is basically useless, will never buy another Cadillac from them. If you want excellent customer service go to Henry Brown.
