  • As a property owner, I'm so happy that I found Eric and Family Property Management. I was fed up with my previous property management company. Earlier this year I searched in earnest for a property manager that was great at communication and professional (e.g. understood state and federal laws, and had good working relationship with local contractors). Eric and Family Property Management came out on top during my search of over 5 other property management companies in the area. Eric is very easy to get in touch with. I usually hear back the same day on a question I ask him. He handled the transition from the previous property management company, found me a new tenant without having a lapse in tenancy, and has always been professional when communicating with me. I can easily recommend this company. They're simply great to work with.
