Started going to this shop right after it opened. Melissa did my nails and I was thrilled with them. I had been going to another place for a few years, but decided to change to the shop closer to me, I found Melissa and she was amazing and I was thrilled. I called today and found out that she was gone. Doing research on Yelp, I find that she had been fired according to the write ups on Yelp. The last time I was here, it was Easter weekend and she was so busy, plus with the owner out of town, had to cover the front desk and do her job. She was at her wits end because she was behind with her clients trying to keep them happy plus handle the front desk. The other people were all sitting on the other side of the shop and would not even answer the phone for her. It was totally stupid. I felt so sorry for her. She was just trying to do her job. Letting Melissa go was a big mistake. She was the one building that business for them. She was an excellent manicurists and made me laugh! I will miss her and will be looking for her, hoping that I find her. The shop was expensive; but worth it based on Melissa's knowledge of her job.
