Just adding my One Star review to the long list of poor reviews already posted. Adding the details of my specific experience with the Service Department don't add much value.
The moral of the story is: Phone Reps don't gather correct/necessary information, incomplete diagnostics reported by Service Advisor Gary, trite response from Service Advisor Mike who stated "coming to sit in our lobby for four hours is no big deal," and to boot the Service Manager Dustin makes an initial effort to deliberately mislead customers about estimated repair times - there's a bit of a difference between 4 hours and 3 days.
Happily taking my business elsewhere ... as about half of your customers seem to do based on the 40 One Star reviews versus the 48 Five Star reviews (some probably written by employees to offset the rating) posted on Facebook. Overall, there seem to be some big customer service problems with this place, and no effort to remedy them.
