Their customer service skills are abysmal. I called in for an emergency repair on a Monday morning. I received a ticket number, but no contact after that. None of my calls resulted in a return call to let me know when my repair might completed. The person that handles the phones has the personality of a rock. He was never able to contact anyone of relevance as they were always "in a meeting". It has been more that 24 hours and I still have not received any word as to when my database will be up and running. Searching for alternatives as we speak.
