  • My property manager has a "contract" plumber team, but they are never available when it's an emergency. I was looking online yesterday and went down the page and called 4 places before I got to LV Rooter Dan and all 4 gave me the "ooo well the earliest I have is Wednesday or Thursday" after I clearly explained that their was water coming up my shower drain, which I didn't think it was supposed to do. Lol so when I called there I forgot the lady's name and I am sooo sorry, but she was AWESOME she helped me and gave me tips until she could get someone out to me and even called my property manager to get it all set up so they would pay the invoice. Dan was helpful and informative about my old house and he was funny. When I'm stressed I need all the humor I can get, I am very appreciative of them and know that if I have an issue I'll be making my property manager call him..!
