  • I used to think highly of this store, have been a regular customer since it opened. But As of late the whole atmosphere has changed in there. Gone is the will to go there....maybe because of the insulting with the trade ins, the way the talk to me as a downgrade in my intelligence, or the fact that their repair dept can't fix something and when they they say they do. This is a update as of 08-09-2017. Iwent in right when they opened to sell a guitar because of a injury and surgery that'll prevent me from playing for 6-8 months. And just like above mentioned insulted and talked down to. I've been going to guitar center for years, way before the pompous jerks worked here, and it's a whole new sad atmosphere. The manager didn't even try to rectify it just walked away to help some girl in tight spandex, pretty pathetic. As of today this will be my last trip to any of their stores.
