The good stuff:
* Fantastic spin classes on Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings
* Not your typical 'plastic' Scottsdale crowd; real people work out here.
* More than just a gym, they have tennis, racquetball and inside courts for the kids to play on.
* Conveniently located if you live in the Paradise Valley area.
The not so good:
*The equipment is really outdated and often not working
*The women's locker room is like stepping back into the 60's, and not in a good way.
*They are really overpriced vs what you can get at several more modern gyms.
We belong here because of the spin instructor, and the fact it is close to our house, otherwise we wouldn't bother.
