  • When I need a good interior/exterior cleaning I normally go here. They normally are pretty good, some days are slower than others, but not enough to complain about. Today I received the worst service. I was waiting for almost 2 hours. I figured maybe they were just busy and were a bit behind. I'm a fairly patient person, but it reached close too an hour and half and I was confused and upset. I looked for my car and it wasn't in the detailing area, I found it in the parking lot. I told one of the employers how long I've been waiting and I need my keys. Another employee, I think he was a manager, came and gave me my keys and asked where I was. I was sitting in the waiting room for an hour and another half hour outside by the detailing area. He tells me that he had the guy walk through the gas station and around the building calling for me. I told him if that was the case I wouldn't have been waiting for a long time. The building isn't that big and there weren't hundreds of people there. I never heard my name or my vehicle being called. I was waiting where everyone else was waiting. I even walked outside to make sure I would see all the guys coming in calling for names. The guy didn't seem to care, or have any kind of reaction to this. All in all. One of the worst customer services I've experienced.
