The doctors here are decent and friendly. It's in a good location.
I'm not a fan of:
- them making you come in every time and pay a copay for a simple prescription refill. I was born with asthma.. i don't need to come in and go "hey, yup still have asthma. here's my $80 copay for an inhaler i'll always need". My previous dr would allow me to tell CVS to refill it on my behalf.
- i went in for a sinus infection 6 months ago and the doctor said i had a sinus infection however she wouldn't prescribe me any meds unless it lasted over 2 weeks??? I'm uncomfortable and sick. Why make me wait? i've never been told that.
- i call today to get in for an apt asap since i am sick and cannot breathe (sinus infection/bronchitis/asthma), the lady on the phone goes sorry we're actually full the entire next week and can't get you in..... ok thanks for all the help!
I don't want to change doctors because the practice is convenient, the doctors are usually very sweet, and they already have me as a patient. However, i'm getting tired/bummed of the nonsense constantly.
The first time, whatever. Second time, ok seriously? Third time, I'm over it.
