  • My boyfriend and I lived here from 8/14 to 5/15 and subleased for the remainder of our lease. We liked living here for the most part but I agree with some of the other reviews. The place seems completely empty and we could go a week without seeing other people. They claim to have hours for the pool but many nights people were partying over there until 2am. Our unit faced the pool so it was obnoxious. We never had an issue with the trash. We lived two doors down from am elevator and could here it ding constantly. There seemed to be a lot of families living there which was awkward because they told is numerous times it was a college community but it wasn't that big of a deal. The buildings were nice and clean for the most part, the cleaning crew can only clean so quickly. The people in the office were usually helpful and if they couldn't help would find someone who could. The free printing was really great as well. It is a quick walk to ASU downtown which was nice for me. We chose to end our lease early because the price was too much for us and we would be going home for the summer. The office was SO helpful with the sublease process. Overall things were nice. It's hard to judge an apartment over yelp but I'd say give this place a try!
