I've visited this place twice. The food and the service was much better the first time. During my last visit my friend and I waited 25 minutes to be seated even though there were clearly empty seats in the restaurant.
Fortunately, they serve your food relatively quickly so we didn't have to wait too long after ordering.
Unfortunately, the ramen I got during my second visit was a little disappointing. I decided to try their vegetarian ramen, which tasted mostly of miso. Although the ramen wasn't great, the teriyaki poutine tasted good. Their non-vegetarian ramen probably fare better in terms of taste, so consider one of those to avoid disappointment!
