Dropped my 2015 Volt off with Robert - less than 31000 miles with no heat when the car is in Electric only mode (GM?). Robert had a Volt specialist lined up for the day and he texted me throughout to let me know the situation. It was fixed and washed on the same day but I had to pick it up after hours. We got their at 7:30 and Ladarl Washington (Sales) caught me at the door. He took us over to the receptionist and fast tracked us to getting our paperwork and key. I cannot say enough Ladarl - if I was in the market to buy a car - he would be my sales person.
Sands did a great job on my warranty work and my family really appreciates it. The valley is the #1 growing community - we need to be proud of the work on the west side and this is great example of pride, accountability and responsibility - the management team at Sands is doing a very good job right now and it shows when both service and sales are not just doing their jobs but also being personable, cordial and outgoing.
