Hubby was ANGRY that we didn't get the room we requested, in spite of writing, calling, and calling to confirm.. what made him mad was being told there were "lots of owners" in town for spring training.. well, WE are owners; he got mad about that!! (His exact comment was, how many million points do we need to have to get treated with some priority??) Also.. not quite liking the remodels that are making the resorts homogenized versions of each other.. they are losing the character that made them special and I sincerely hope this isn't Wyndham's long-term plan for all its resorts. Yes, I appreciate clean and new, but what about style?? Sadly, this used to be one of my husband's FAVORITE places to stay - now he doesn't even want to stop here.. too bad, too - it's a perfect location for spring travel..
