  • Horrible is an understatement, need to Take the manager of this location and give him the freedom of unemployment. Tried 2 separate times to go here and could not even find someone to help . Today I waited in an empty Lobby/customer service area for 10 minutes and when someone finally showed up he said an oil change would be 2 hours, last time I go here , obviously by the other reviews I am not the lone ranger on this review!!! Seems there is a pattern The positive reviews on this place cannot be authentic .. No way
