I got a groupon to visit this place for my oil change so I was like why not. , it is close by and 2 oil changes with road side services for $37, good deal, huh?
Well, but on the groupon or when I made the appointment (even at the time I mentioned that I have a specific brand and model of car.) It was nowhere mentioned that my car need special treatment and "needed" synthetic oil. I get it that they would want you to use more expensive product and charge few more bucks and I don't mind it, as long as it is mentioned beforehand not when you get there.
Overall the place seems ok, and the people seems nice there and giving me ride to where I need to be. However, IMHO, consumer should have the right to know the term and conditions so that there is no confusion and even before they ask.
