  • I recently made the decision to invest in a rental property in the phoenix area. As an out of state buyer it was important to me that I have partners in the area I could trust. Stacey Calvert at Blackstone Realty Professionals was everything I could have wanted. Extremely knowledgeable of the area, understood real estate investing and was extremely hands-on and detail oriented through the entire search, transaction and closing. At the same time I engaged with Ed Drummond on the management side and he picked up from Stacey seamlessly. Ed was able to get qualified renters in the house within three weeks of closing. These guys made this entire transaction a pleasure!!
