| - I wasn't going to leave a review but things in our apartment have gotten out of hand. We have been in our apartment for less than 3 months, and in that time we have had issues with our dishwasher, pests, hot water, our garbage disposal, and mildew in our apartment. The hot water was out for several weeks and the air quality has been bad since we moved in and has gradually gotten worse. Not only that but our apartment constantly has an odd smell-most likely due to mildew and possibly mold. They use a chiller system for their AC which causes the air to be a little more humid than usual, but the problem with mildew should be addressed. I purchased a HEPA air purifier which has somewhat fixed the problem, but the air has been so bad and resulted in a trip to the emergency room. Upon requesting them to check for mold, they suggested that we purchase a dehumidifier (which can be pricey) and I am reluctant to do so because of the fact that we are already paying for my trip to the emergency and a high quality air purifier. I haven't been able to stay at the apartment for several weeks now and the leasing office is doing very little to help. At this point, it would be less expensive to just break our lease. Like I said, we've had too many problems with our apartment considering that we've only lived here for 3 months.
EDIT: We have lived here for 6 months now and STILL DO NOT HAVE A FIRE EXTINGUISHER.
EDIT 2: I believe that we have a SERIOUS mold problem, but the apartment complex has refused to investigate the situation. Never have I seen a business case so little about their clients.
