  • I have used federal express for years across the country and will no longer use their services. I will do everything in my power to deter others from using Fedex, since my experience with them here in Las Vegas. Lack of responsibility and accountability are obvious, since not once has a representative from their offices been on yelp to deter people from the negative reviews. I'll be in touch with your office on the daily until changes are made and will be encouraging others to take advantage of UPS.
