  • First off their coffee is good & who doesn't love a donut but be warned this location is very unpleasant! That having been said, I was tired of burnt coffee & high prices at the Green Monster drive thru up the street so I thought I'd switch to Dunks. After 3 visits I have witnessed Miserable attitudes on multiple employees but what motivated me to write this was the chic at the drive thru that didn't even say Thank you when I tipped her - but I did get a nod, a grunt & a dirty look. Want to know what crime I committed? I think I used the wrong lingo -iced drinks are called swirls & I think I wasn't supposed to say latte? I have no idea but I do have this to say: To the unpleasant little drive thru girl, you win! I won't be back with my annoyingly cheerful morning personality or my really annoying questions and guess what? You have helped me do the right thing, I am now properly motivated to get my lazy butt out of the car at the Owl up the street and support a small business where they make amazing drinks and serve them with happiness! So I say to you & I mean this sincerely, Thank You!
