  • I recently stayed at the Dunhill during a business trip and it was just ok. I have to say first the front desk staff was pleasant and helpful; but I was disappointed by the hotel itself. I was over 7 months pregnant and when I came in to the lobby nobody offered to help me with bags by opening the front doors or up the 8 steps up to the check-in desk. The room was adequate for just me, but quite small and I have to say the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept in; a decades old 4-poster bed that creaked and swayed with the slightest movement. The breakfast service was pretty average (eggs/bacon/muffins/cereal) but I'm always appreciative of not paying extra to start the day, so it was nice. I did go down to buy a soda at the front desk and was handed a room temperature drink and when I asked for ice and a glass they told me they'd have to send a bellman up to my room to bring the ice which I thought was odd. I don't know, maybe I was just grumpy from the awful bed, but I would personally try something different next time.
