  • In the middle of summer in Vegas, when our a/c unit went out & thankfully it was Elite that I happened to call. Not only did they respond quickly and were professional and honest (which are characteristics not usually associated with a/c companies) the owner of Elite was so compassionate and understanding when I said I just couldn't afford the cost of a new unit. With Elite's help and a few payments, we were cool again. Every year, they call to do a seasonal check up and maintenance on the unit to keep it running for many years to come and now 10 years later I wouldn't think of calling anyone but ELITE for my a/c and heating needs.
