  • I needed a new battery for my vehicle and was met at the counter by Kheenan, who displayed professionalism in every manner possible, on a Sunday morning no less! He immediately knew which size/type of battery my vehicle required and presented the associated information about its superior qualities over another lesser priced one. Kheenan even installed my new battery on site and allowed for an immediate "core" return credit. He accomplished all of this with a smile while simultaneously assisting other customers' questions and directing them to where they could easily find the parts they were looking for. Kheenan knows his store, knows his parts, and demonstrates outstanding customer service skills. AutoZone has been my number one choice for anything auto-related. I've always referred everyone I know to use AutoZone and this most recent experience totally reaffirms my highest recommendation!!!
