  • Every single time I come to Steak 'n Shake at the waterfront service is so slow takes at least 5-10 minutes to even have your order taken and than another ten or fifteen for the cashier to ring you out . After all of that waiting the food comes out cold . Uhm excuse me but what are you doing back there at 2 am and no other customers ? Terrible service needs new management or needs to be closed.
