  • My husband signed a contract for our pool project in early FEBRUARY and our pool is still no where near done. Communication is terrible and no one shows up when they are supposed to. Most recently, Jimmy, the operations manager, was at our house making big promises that it would be done before Memorial Day, but that's clearly not happening. We've been given multiple completion dates that have been missed, so I guess we shouldn't be surprised. Still waiting on the plumber to show up to finish the water feature, then the cool deck, tile, and pebble tec still needs to be sprayed. Very disappointed!
