| - I was at Country Thunder in Florence, AZ in April 2015 and I was approached by a nice young lady with an ipad who said, "Enter into a drawing for a $1,000!!!". And I was like OKAY (totally drunk). After I gave her all my info, she hands me a $150 travel voucher to use for hotels, flights, car rentals etc.. I held on to this voucher the entire weekend of Country Thunder, which to be honest, is a miracle. When I got home, I followed the instructions on the voucher and what do you know? No such thing. I call customer service and spoke with a man who works for SEARS VACATIONS and he had no idea what I was talking about!! So I crumpled it up and moved on with my life. Today, I get a call from Dana and she tells me that I didn't win the $1,000 but I get something EVEN BETTER... Turns out she wants me to sit through a 90 minute "Open House" in Scottsdale to get suckered into buying packages I don't need, only to be rewarded with vouchers that I CAN'T USE. What in the world is going on here? Thank you, Yelp for saving me 90 minutes and preventing me from falling for a BS scam. And thank you fellow yelp-er's for your honest reviews. I am so glad I looked into this.
