  • Dr. Cipriano and his staff cancelled last minute on me and rescheduled me, when I couldn't make it, they took all of my deposit money for a procedure as a "cancel" fee. Wtf!?? Yeah I'm pissed...you show poor example of doing business...I will take my business elsewhere and thank god you didn't hurt my gums and teeth any further.
