| - It's a bit dangerous that this place is so close to home. On the same token, I'm glad I don't have to go far when my sweet tooth comes around.
I've been going there since they opened almost 4 years ago. My staple is their lemon drop cupcake, which is a light yellow cake cupcake, filled with lemon cream and a mini sugared lemon jelly candy wedge on top. They entice me with daily specials and seasonal offerings on every visit. Today I walked out of there with a Peppermint Patty and Hot Cocoa cupcake.
Also, if you have 1 dollar or 10, you can buy the most delicious cakepop ever. They have soooo many brilliant flavors. The fruity pebbles is my staple, but today I ended up with Monkey Madness (chocolate and banana) and a carrot cake cakepop. I usually buy a dozen or so and stash them in my freezer for emergencies.
Some words of advice for all of the potential butthurt whiners out there: Get there early for best selection. It's a bakery, bakeries sell out. Common sense! Just stop with the negative "They had a such small selection, they were sold out and closed early, Waaa!" reviews.
Cora's Cupcakes is truly top notch, I highly recommended it. I'd even travel to go there if I wasn't local. Always friendly service and the owner Wendy is super nice, too. Kudos to her for starting such a good thing! You go, girl!
