So this place is really luck of the draw when it comes to dentists. I've taken my kids here 3 times. The last time a couple weeks ago, my son was just reached safe weight for anaesthesia. The dentist, a woman named Hamed Rezakhan, whom I had previously not met, told me my son needed baby root canals and multiple teeth drilled. I asked her to show me the problem, she visually and verbally scoffed, told the dental assistants to explain it to me, and walked out. They were unable to show me anything on his teeth or in the x-rays that looked out of place. My son goes every 6 months and this was the first time I was alerted to any problems. He brushes twice daily. I don't understand how a small child can go from being in perfect dental health and practicing good dental hygiene to needing major dental surgery on multiple teeth after just 6 months from a previous visit. He also has no dental pain whatsoever. I asked for his records, for which they tried to dissuade me 3 times before agreeing to provide them. They charged me $25 for a total of 5 sheets of records printed regular printer paper. I told them the fee was absurd and they said it was required. I plan to file a complaint against them as well, for both the bad dentistry and the unreasonable records fee. There might be some good dentists here, but after this experience I don't feel I can trust them at all. They shouldn't allow dentists like Rezakhan to practice on children.
