| - Attended the earlier show on February 12th. First off, there was a family with kids next to me who were very excited! However, about an hour into this show...not sure it is so appropriate for children to attend. There was cussing and some inappropriate suggestive comments/behavior. Now, they were not my kids so perhaps that is up to the parents discretion in the end. I wasn't ever really a watcher of his shows, but had heard great things. The show is a bit self serving to what Criss Angel has done over his career, I found that interesting but a bit overdone, it occupied almost 60% or more of the show. He does come off as a nice caring individual who has worked really hard to be where he is now. He came into the crowd several times and I found that very neat. Yet, in the end...I'm not sure I saw enough illusion or magic to really rate this any higher. The theater is cozy, and they do allow you to buy popcorn/candy and drinks prior. I really liked the stage set up facade, but I just felt that perhaps a tad less about him and more about illusion/magic would really make this show a winner. My favorite part was the bird scene he did, I won't give it away, but it was my number one favorite part.
