  • We just purchased a new home. 4 days after closing our home had an attempted break in.. I called security screen masters. They came out that day even on short notice. These are not inexpensive screens. BUT they are so worth it. yes, the salesman comes out first, then the owner comes out. Normally takes 8 weeks or longer from order to measurements & then installation. I was able to get them quicker which made me a very happy customer. The two gentlemen that came to install them were very nice, professional, and 100% knew their job and how to do it. Some one reviewed this company and commented on their tattoo's and piercing.. really??? These men were clean, hard working and very professional. so please disregard any bad reviews about appearances. NOT relevant . I feel safe, secure and LOVE the screens. All my windows, doors and sliders have them. If you own your home, and want to feel secure, and still enjoy the fresh air, outside views etc.get these screens.. Oh and everyone in the office who called us, were always pleasant, told us when they would be out, time, who would be coming out, etc. very satisfied customer.
