  • I have nothing but back to back bad experiences with this bank!! The worst customer service. No one is knowledgeable of what they're supposed to do. They misinformed me all the time. The bank has not even sent me bills to my home. Customer service on the phone is terrible. Try and make a payment at the branch takes extremely long and the teller is not informed on how to ring me up properly.
