Just left this Taco Bell about 15 minutes ago with the incorrect order. Not only was the service slow but when I called in to let the manager Mark know that my order was incorrect he insisted that I drive all the way back to the store to get the meal replaced. Of course let's be honest how many people actually keep the receipts for fast food? I asked him about coming in the next day and he suggested that I keep the food to do so? Let's be clear here it's about principal and this is why I don't eat out to fast food places. Half ass food orders along with half ass a customer service people...
