  • The staff is all very friendly. A bit over priced on items. I don't like that the insecticides and fertilizers are not clearly priced. I purchased an insecticide I could have gotten cheaper elsewhere. I told the associate the type of indoor plant it would be use on and provided a picture of the insect I was trying to kill, the insecticide I was advised to purchase is for outdoor plants. I have an indoor plant. Further, I went to the Charlestown location and purchased two hibiscus plants, which according to the sign were $7.99, and some other plants. I checked out and the total came to more than I was expecting. I don't like that the checkout readers do not display the prices so you do not know what you've been charged until after you get your receipt. I assumed I had my math incorrect, and still paid what the cashier told me I owed, but when I left, I saw that I was charged $14.99/ plant. I am giving a three star because they are sincere in helping, answered all my questions to the best of their abilities, were very prompt in assisting me with any anything I asked for and helped me carry the plants to the car.
