  • I have purchased many products from Deluth and the quality is excellent. However I placed an order on May 21st and it was duplicated somehow when I went back to buy one more item the next day. The initial order was already paid for and processed, but somehow ended up being included again on the following order. I paid a fair chunk of change for both orders. Contacted Deluth and they said to refuse the duplicate order. On May 25th I did just that and it was returned. June 10th and I have still received no refund. I called and they said up to 15 days? Really? They haven't even notified me they have received it. This will likely be the last time I ever order from them again.
