| - My experience today was like a hug from the universe. I walked in before they were technically even open for sales with my greasy hair, leggings, and shades. Right up front I declared, i am here looking for an unreasonable deal and not to negotiate. I indicated exactly how much I could afford and what I needed-- and without wasting any time, they got me into exactly what I wanted and needed. Glen Cassel was my sales consultant who just totally listened to and heard me and delivered.
While waiting for the car to be made ready for me, the manager treated me to lunch. They have a diner inside and the food is tasty and even the people working in there, were kind and to serve. Not only did I leave there in a new vehicle that honored my needs and my budgetary constraints, I left with an elevated spirit. I had visited the Kia dealership, down the road, last month, assuming they would be more affordable. The Kia sales team assured me they could not even get close to what I needed and continued to call me after the fact with deals that clearly indicated that they could not hear or meet my needs.
Today, I left in my brand new Ford Escape today for significantly less than they were "offering" their KIA SOUL, which by the way does not even have a spare tire. Who is comfortable driving without a spare??? I absolutely dodged a bullet and got something so much better by going to Crossroads Ford. I didn't even like the Kia Soul, but may have considered it if they had come even close to honoring my financial reality. Thank you. I heart Crossroads!
