  • I asked for a matte black tip on my acrylic nails ... lol so she put a black tip plastic tip instead of a clear one out acrylic over it did the whole shaping thing ok cool I washed my hands . And instead of putting black paint and then a matte finish to make the black matte , she just put matte finish over the acrylic . Which makes absolutely no sense and she tried to explain it to me so I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking some magical way the black tip was gonna seep through the acrylic and turn matte black lol . So I walked out with gray looking nails which are honestly hideous asf . So I immediately walk back in and explain to the lady at the front desk the issue ( hear comes the good part) lol they tell me to sit down and they have to put gel on my nails in order for me to achieve a matte black color like I'm fuckin stupid and don't know what matte nail polish is or matte finish what the hell lol so I left for the nails removed and got them redone somewhere else . Waste of my time .
