  • I went to Bella Bridesmaids for a bridesmaid dress. Prior to ordering the dress, they took my measurements, and recommended I order it extra long. Not only is the dress far too long, but the bust is way too small, and I have to have a corset made just to close the back. When I went for alterations, the tailor questioned why they wouldn't have ordered the dress to the biggest part of my body. After alterations, I am paying nearly double what the dress originally cost. My sister is also in a wedding, and ordered a dress from the same designer (Bill Levkoff) through Radiant Bride. They took her measurements there, and she does not have to have any alterations made at all. I am seriously disappointed in both the the cost and inconvenience that this has caused. Bella Bridesmaids will not honor any refunds or exchanges, even though the dress was ordered per their measurements, and recommendation of ordering extra long. Bridesmaid dresses are not inexpensive, and to avoid extra costs, I advise looking elsewhere.
